COCA-COLAS 2025 HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN BLENDS AI STORYTELLING AND CLASSIC CHEER

Few brands own a season the way Coca-Cola owns Christmas. But in 2025, even the most iconic holiday campaign gets an update. With ‘Refresh Your Holidays,’ the brand invites people to pause and rediscover the joy that made the season sparkle in the first place.

 

At the center of the global campaign is a new film, ‘A Holiday Memory,’ debuting across North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific. It follows a mother buried in holiday prep until one ice-cold sip of Coke and a mysterious ornament nudge her to slow down and savor the moment. It’s equal parts sentiment and simplicity, a reminder that connection often lies hidden within the chaos.

 

The classic ‘Holidays Are Coming’ spot returns this year in an AI-powered version that merges human craft with machine imagination. The refresh keeps the red trucks, the music and the goosebumps while proving that innovation and nostalgia can coexist. “This evolution truly embodies our commitment to inspiring human connection and uplifting moments,” says Islam ElDessouky, global vice-president of creative strategy and content at Coca-Cola. “We wanted to give people a moment of refresh, a break for everyone who helps make the holidays magical.”

 

Beyond the screen, the brand is reviving the much-loved Coca-Cola truck tours, rolling through communities worldwide from November to December. Each stop will offer local experiences designed to bring neighbors together because, in Coca-Cola’s universe, a bottle of soda still doubles as a social invitation. Shoppers will also find on-pack promotions with prizes and festive surprises to extend the celebration at home.

 

The campaign developed by WPP Open X led by VML and supported by EssenceMediacom and Ogilvy shows how the world’s most recognized beverage keeps its brand equity fresh without losing its heart. ‘Refresh Your Holidays’ turns Christmas into what it’s always been: a time to reconnect, recharge and raise a glass, ideally one filled with something fizzy and familiar.
